Weekly Challenge: Organize Toys (Option One)

WEEKLY CHALLENGE: Organize Toys (Option 1)

This has been a challenge before, and it will be again. With children come toys -- and lots of 'em. They are always being played with, taken out, left behind. We are constantly rotating them to keep older toys fresh and new by not being accessible all the time. Which toys are most beloved by my boys tends to change quickly so rotating works really well for us, as long as I stay on top of it!

Things to work on this week: *Limit the number of toys in the living room to help combat the mess making *Organize toys with like items in their own bins, drawers, boxes *Bring toys up from the basement, fill bins with toys from upstairs & return to storage *Clorox wipe toys that are dirty or sticky (I have a 3.5 year old and a 1 year old - things get sticky around here quite a bit) *Toss out broken toys or toys that are missing most of their pieces *Donate toys that are in good shape but that are no longer played with or not age appropriate
